About
Le Voyage dans la Lune (A Trip to the Moon) 1902
One of the first science fiction films ever made, A Trip to the Moon, created in 1902 by French illusionist and film director George Méliès is an incredible combination of stunning set design and fantastical imaginings of a journey into space. The film follows a group of scientists who build a rocket and fly to the moon only to crash land in the moon’s eye. They explore the moonscape, watch planet earth from afar and contend with bewitching creatures.

Earthrise 2018
Earthrise tells the story of the first image captured of the Earth from space in 1968. Told solely by the Apollo 8 astronauts, the film recounts their experiences and memories and explores the beauty, awe, and grandeur of the Earth against the blackness of space. This iconic image of the Earth had a powerful impact on the astronauts and the world, offering a perspective that transcended national, political, and religious boundaries.
