The latest offering from British auteur, Peter Strickland, Flux Gourmet makes tongue-in-cheek comment on the state of the contemporary art world and its unorthodox plot-line partner, Celiac disease.
Told through a group of nominally challenged ‘sonic caterers’, the film centers on a prestigious performance residency, during the course of which a series of concurrent narratives unfurl, resulting in some serious just desserts.
