About
From the director of the legendary Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky 1991 comes this action-horror brain-melter, starring Chow Yun-fat and Maggie Cheung. The film follows a doctor who is jinxed with seven 'blood curses' while trying to save a young woman from ritual sacrifice in the jungle. With the clock ticking until the final curse erupts and kills him, he must trek back into the heart of the wilderness and defeat the supernatural villains who have wronged him. Bursting with goopy gore and ingenious practical effects, The Seventh Curse is a raucous spooktacular with an electrifyingly sassy performance from Maggie Cheung.
