This plan represents a significant step forward towards creating a framework that helps us become more accessible as an organisation by adopting inclusive approaches.
Why is a Disability and Inclusion Action Plan important for Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art?
QAGOMA recognises the importance of accessibility and inclusion through a key principle in our Strategic Plan 2023‑27: valuing inclusion and access as central to how we work with audiences, artists, supporters and each other.
QAGOMA’s Disability and Inclusion Action Plan will consolidate ongoing work to improve accessibility for employees, visitors, and community members with disability, champion diversity and inclusion in our workplace, and create enabling public spaces.
