This evening begins on the banks of the Brisbane River ― a traditional meeting and trading place for the region’s First Nations peoples ― with a beautiful Welcome to Country, Smoking Ceremony and Didgeridoo performance.
From here, discover the powerful stories at the heart of the Gallery’s Indigenous Art Collection on a private tour led by a First Nations storyteller, artist and curator.
Following the tour enjoy an unforgettable dinner at GOMA. Dine alongside our First Nations storyteller, artist and curator, as our Chef shares details about the native Australian ingredients included in each dish. Enjoy a rich conversation over dinner of art and culture accompanied by First Nations live music and dance performances.
On departure receive a bespoke gift, courtesy of the QAGOMA Store and Aboriginal Art Co.
